Nice and Fluffy

I used to get the Krusteze pancake and waffle mix from Costco but they have not had this in stock for a long time so I figured I would give this a go. I was not disappointed! I made waffles in our electric waffle maker using the suggestion on the box to substitute the water for milk and adding an egg - delicious fluffy waffles! On the plus size because they are whole grain and have less sugar than the other mix they are healthier too!
